In contrast to clinical studies , consumer perception means that test subjects test a product under normal usage conditions and then give their personal opinion or assessment. At Dermalogica, we consciously invest in independent clinical trials to prove the efficacy of our products. In these studies, our formulations are applied to volunteer test subjects under dermatological supervision and realistic conditions.
